The Software are user-friendly. Regardless the User Background on FEA and Structural mechanics our Software are built with Graphical User Interface (GUI) that interacts with the user for the input, processing and output data.

Rotor Blade
Is the most complex design component in a Wind Turbine due to thin-walled structure, FRC Strength behavior as well as the design loads to be beard. We have developed software that comprise the Rotor Blade Strength and Stability Analysis in Global and Local scale, namely:

Blade Design – BLADEsign
Is a Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) Software for advanced Structural Designs of Wind Turbine Blades. BLADEsign creates 3D FE-Models, calculates the structural data, performances calculations and evaluates the failure criteria.
The Software is used by OEMs and research projects for the design, evaluation, optimization, i.a. of the Blade.
External Finite Element Model – FEMext
Is a CAE Software that integrates a client’s FE Rotor Blade Model into the BLADEsign. For FE Model verification purpose prior the integration, FEMext calculates the structural data of the Rotor blade e.g. Elasticity, Frequencies, Mass distribution, etc.
Sub-Components is a game changer for the rotor blade development. Design areas of interest in a rotor blade can be deeply analyzed. In addition, Sub-Components contribute to the partially or entirely replacement of a full-scale rotor blade testing. Along with the Blade Root Connection WT-RB-JOINT, following the two most relevant sub-components in a rotor blade.
Trailing Edge – WT-RB-TE
Is a rigorous engineering CAE Software that evaluates the strength contribution of the composite core material as well as the bonding line on the Rotor blade Trailing Edge.
Spar Caps – WT-RB-SC
Is a CAE Software that evaluates the strength influence of the FRC pultruded profiles in iteration with the resin gaps on the Rotor Blade Main Spar Caps.
Bolted Joints – WT-RB-JOINT
Is a CAE software that builds, calculates and analyzes the Rotor Blade Root and Pitch Bearing Bolted Connection in a Wind Turbine.
WT-RB-JOINT is capable to comprise more sophisticated and complex Bolted Joints delivering reliable results. WT-RB-JOINT analyzes the strength at the blade root designed with with T-Bolt and metal block inserts connection.
Laminated composite plate – COMPOSITE
Investigates analytically extensively their behavior of laminated composite plate especially sandwich panels. COMPOSITE calculates the related failure criteria and predicts potential design issues. The Tool follows the material design requirements acc. to DNV-ST-0376. Additional or different design requirements can be also integrated.
